Pio X International offers a 4-year study course split into two sub-courses of 2 years featuring different curricula.
At the end of each 2–year course, students sit an exam session taking an exam for each subject taught in those 2 years.
The complete 4-year course leads to a diploma giving access to all the main universities from around the world and also to Italian universities thanks to the acknowledgment of the Italian Ministry of Education that converts the diploma into Liceo Scientifico or Liceo Linguistico Diploma according to the subjects chosen in the final 2-year stint.
All subjects – excepts for Italian, Physical Education and Religion – are taught in the English language; the scientific subjects are taught with a typically-English hands-on approach with much importance given to experimentation in the laboratories.
Economics offers students an up-dated perspective on today’s world and economic society allowing students to become full-fledged citizens and conscientious buyers.
The student is at the centre of a thoughtful process of personal growth where the subjects become the tools with which students acquire knowledge and skills that shall be used at University and later in life.
The curricula along with the teaching and learning methods are carved out to suit a profile for which the student will be able to count on a body of knowledge and a series of skills and competence typical to any student from an international school.
